U.A. District 2 Apprentice Contest

Th U.A. District 2 Apprentice Contest was held at the U.A. Mechanical Trades Scool on June 8th, 9th and 10th.
We hosted the U.A. District 2 Regional Apprenticeship Contest on June 8th, 9th and 10th, with Local 602 Steamfitters and Local 669 Sprinkler Fitters. U.A. Apprentices from the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Indiana competed for the honor of representing District 2 by advancing to the National Contest. All of the contestants represented their home Locals well, but it was icing on the cake when Local 5 Apprentice Robert Loschiavo won the contest! We are very proud of Robert, of our training program, and of our teachers and Training Director. We send our congratulations to Robert Loschiavo, who will be representing us and U.A. District 2 at the National Apprenticeship Contest held in Ann Arbor, Michigan in August. We know you all join us in wishing him well.
